The client

Dog-walk planner for families who share the leash.

Picks a walk for the dog’s mood and energy, builds a route through the park and keeps one walk journal for the whole family. Audience: dog owners aged 25–45, families who take turns.

The pain

Walk trackers look boring. Demo ads get skipped.

For the business. A walk tracker is a map and some steps. People don’t see why they need another app, and screen-demo ads are scrolled past in a second.

For the user. Walks get repetitive, the dog is bored, and nobody at home knows who walked Biscuit and when.

The solution

Turn the ad into a mini-game. The viewer makes a choice in their head together with the video and stays to see the answer.

“Great pick”, the route being built, a park map where paw prints draw the walk past points of interest, the family journal with a streak, the end card.
